Transcriptome/Proteome + metabolome correlation analysis enables researchers to explore the biological problems from the two directions of “cause” and “result”, and understand the regulation mechanism of biological system and explain the influence of gene function and environmental factors on biological phenotype1,2.

Sample selection for Transcriptome/Proteome and Metabolome should be as consistent as possible. At least 2 groups. At least 3 biological replicates in each group.
