    DNBSEQ-T7

    DNBSEQ-T7 can generate 1-6Tb of high quality data per day, for a wide range of applications including Whole Genome Sequencing, Deep Exome Sequencing, Epigenome Sequencing, Transcriptome Sequencing, and targeted panel projects. Powered by DNBSEQ™ Technology, DNBSEQ-T7 makes sequencing more efficient and productive with advances.

    DNBSEQ-G400

    DNBSEQ-G400 is built with a new chip system that can flexibly support a variety of different sequencing modes. It adopts optimized optical and biochemical systems, which can complete the sequencing process rapidly, giving users a more streamlined sequencing experience.

    DNBSEQ-G50

    DNBSEQ-G50 is a highly efficient and targeted sequencer, with a number of total solutions based on different applications. The DNBSEQ-G50 platform, together with the automated library preparation system MGISP-100, provides a wide range of throughputs and flexible turnaround times, satisfying various clinical and research applications such as targeted DNA & RNA sequencing, pathogen identification and small panel sequencing.

    PacBio Platform

    The PacBio Sequel System platform is based on PacBio’s proven Single Molecule, Real Time (SMRT) sequencing technology. This SMRT sequencing on the PacBio Sequel combines long read technology and rapid sequencing with 7 times higher throughput compared to previous systems for the highest-quality data. The PacBio Sequel is ideal for whole genome de novo assembly projects that require higher-quality data, microbial genome assembly, identifying DNA modications without bisulfite treatment, and identifying large structural variants. The system delivers up to 99.999% accuracy.

    Oxford Nanopore Platform

    PromethION offers the same real-time, long-read, direct DNA and RNA sequencing technology as MinION and GridION, at much larger scale. You may find PromethION suitable for large scale projects.
